Search Photos offers the capability to analyze the images stored in your photo library, aiding you in locating specific images through customized search queries. Leveraging advanced Text Recognition software, this tool efficiently identifies text content within your photos, enabling text-based searches within your image collection and seamless integration with Spotlight for streamlined searching.

Users have the flexibility to range the scanning process across specific timeframes such as 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months, or opt for a complete scan of their entire photo library. Once a photo has been scanned and processed, subsequent rescans are unnecessary, culminating in a fully searchable photo library that ensures instant access to desired images.

Additionally, Search Photos excels in text extraction from images, empowering users to seamlessly copy text excerpts and recognize various elements including hyperlinks, phone numbers, and calendar events. Marking identified photos as favorites is also supported to streamline retrieval.

Comprehensive user documentation is provided to ensure seamless onboarding and utilization of the software. Moreover, Search Photos integrates seamlessly with Maps functionality, offering insight into the geographical origin of each image.

The application extends its functionality beyond photo scanning by supporting individual image scans, paper document image recognition, and processing of screenshots. While the free version enables up to five search results, enhanced capabilities can be unlocked through In-App Purchases for unlimited search results.
